Arno, a.k.a. Doodlin' is a vocal performer who loves vocalise, free improvisation, latin, bigband jazz, and Kawachi-ondo (improvised folklore dance music from Osaka, Japan).
Arno
was singing in California, USA, for 1998-2001
under a variety of names such as ARNO SUZUKI, AZCAR or ARNITA.
She won the Kobe Jazz
Street Award in the 9th Kobe Jazz Vocal Queen Contest.
Currently she is a bit busy with teaching and research, however
she hopes to see you all again sometime soon.....
You will also find Arno singing and playing taiko (Japanese drum) at
Bon dancing festivals in summer with Teppo-Hikaru-Kai.
